advise on setting up joint ventures needed asap
I have an accepted offer on a condo and I want to have investors in on the property, sell shares in the property and I have a bit of time to still put this property in to a holding company instead of holding it in my name. I need advise on if it is best for liability reasons to have a holding company listed on title, or can I be on title. How is the investors interest in the property protected? I would really appreciate someone walking me through the steps on this. thanks so much
