User Agreement

The agreement between the company Intraday Investment Group LLC (hereafter "IIG") and users who have opened accounts on this site (hereafter "INVESTOR").

1. The minimum investment of the INVESTOR is $10. The maximum is $200000.
2. The minimum profit that the INVESTOR can receive in one working day is 0.1%. The maximum is 2%.
3. After registration, the INVESTOR receives access to his or her IIG account. With a positive balance on this account, the INVESTOR receives daily profits. Profit accumulates on this single, basic IIG account.
4. Profit gained from the funds of the INVESTOR is transferred to an account every working day, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
5. Every accumulation takes place according to the account with the addition of the INVESTOR's last profit. In other words, reinvestment takes place every day automatically.
6. The daily interest rate depends on the traders' relative success during the previous day.
7. All INVESTORS have the same daily interest rate, regardless of the size of the investment.
8. The INVESTOR cannot receive a loss even if the trading day was unprofitable for IIG. In such cases IIG registers the minimum profit of 0.1% to the account of the INVESTOR.
9. The INVESTOR may invite other people to make an investment with IIG. For this purpose the INVESTOR uses a special reference form that he can find in his account.
10. IIG pays the INVESTOR a commission of 5% of each investment made by people that he has invited (referrals), regardless of the size of the INVESTOR's own account and of whether the INVESTOR has made the initial deposit. This commission is transferred to the account of the INVESTOR as soon as the referral of the INVESTOR makes a deposit on his IIG account.
11. The INVESTOR has the right to demand all or part of the funds on his account at any time, but no sooner than 30 days after the previous withdrawal.
12. IIG transfers funds, according to the client's withdrawal form, within three business days. If fraud is suspected, IIG may request a scanned copy of the INVESTOR's passport or ID card. In such cases, the transfer will take place within three days from the moment that we receive the requested documents, and only if the documents are authentic. The INVESTOR will be informed of other conditions of money withdrawal, such as commissions, at the moment of his request.
13. Deposits through Liberty Reserve take place automatically. If such a deposit does not take place due to technical difficulties, IIG with fill the account within 3 working days.
14. IIG guarantees that the personal information of the INVESTOR will not be given out to a third party.
15. It is forbidden to invite referrals to IIG if they are your relatives with the same last name and/or will be accessing their account from the same computer. It is permitted to access multiple accounts from the same computer, if these accounts are not connected by referral-ties.
16. IIG can block the account of the INVESTOR for the use of SPAM which can be directly or indirectly connected with IIG.
17. IIG can block the account of the INVESTOR if the latter opens more than one account.
18. IIG can block the account of the INVESTOR for attempting to hack into the site.
19. IIG reserves the right to alter this agreement.
20. The INVESTOR must be older than 18.
