The SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) has filed formal charges againt CEP Holdings, Inc. dba ColonEndParenthesis.net as well as the principals Trevor Reed, Clayton Kimbrell. The charges were filed on July 9, 2007 in the North Carolina Eastern District Court under the presiding judge, the Honorable Terrence W. Boyle. CEP has been charged under statute 12:22 - Securities Fraud.
