This is how the referral contest is going to work. It will be in 5 stages. A week by week contest. So four stages there. And a Grand total contest at the end of the month(Stage five).

Each week that your referrals bring in new money you will get a total. The top three will get.
1st place=$100
2nd place=$75
3rdplace=$50

This will be awarded directly into your payment processor when you have won.

Now for the fifth stage, at the end of the month the total from all four weeks will be added together, and the member with the highest will receive 5% of the earnings. Since you already received 5% from them first making the deposit in the first place, you will have made a total of 10% referral commission from your entire upgraded members for the month.

Monitors not included. I will be doing a separate contest on the first for the monitors.

This is not a recruiting contest. It does not matter how many new member you bring in. It only matter how much is brought in. This is so even a new member that recruit do not feel as if they are at a disadvantage and does not even start out. If you fond five that maxed out you would most likely win. But who knows? Someone could bring in 75 new members and the total combined amount between them they would win.

I have seen the stats on the members referrals to date and even the members that have a more than 5 they do not have more than a couple that have upgraded. Because of this there is no reason to hold this contest to new membership only. I personally advertised my referral link to my test membership at Alien Trust and have five members form there. But not a single one upgraded. So the amount of referrals is not even important at all.

Depending on the success of this, I may ad more winners to the fifth stage.

Starting today (August 1st 2006) payments will only be processed once a day. All payments requested before 9pm server time will be paid between 9pm and 12am server time. If the timestamp on your request is after 9pm server time you will have to wait till the next day to get paid. This will make it easier for me and more efficient in the long run. Also I would like to reiterate the fact that you only need to request cashout once. I will get the notice. Cashouts will not go into pending and your history will only be updated after I pay you. If you do not see your cashout under 'cashout history' please check 'other cash credits' sometimes I credit you under that category.

For those who still think that it is not safe to join a site with the 50/50 rule which have been running for awhile, heres an interesting post by Michael :

I made a post at CD$ last night because I was seeing a lot of post like, "This program has run for quite a while, so I don't know whether you join and invest now even though it is so hot now."
People are so screwed up on how to go about in these surfs anymore. They still do test runs! This is suicide now. Sites do not last two cycles anymore. By the time the test is done they then upgrade. The site then fails. That does not work guys, and galls. If you join a site that does not have a 50/50 rule you need to go in with the cash and get out fast. I know that sounds bad, but it is the only way to make money in the old system anymore.
This was the response I wrote to the above comment:

"I want to explain in simple terms here again for those that think that because the program has been around for awhile it may be on it's way out.

Lets say john upgrades max at (name)surf. He then cashes out all his money after the first cycle because he is playing it safe. If that max was 4,000 just like my site, and ran the same amount of days, he would have made 2,000 and the program would be short of funds then. Times that by just ten big members, and the program would owe out 20,000 extra to those ten in just 15 days. If the amount of upgrades slowed at all the program would fail before the next cycle would be up. That is what we are seeing now in the surf industry are we not?

Now we use the same example in my site with the 50/50 rule. John has maxed out. In 15 days he can cash out 1,500 but he want's to stay maxed because it is such a safe program. So he only cashes out 1,000. Yes that is what people are doing. Now another cycle has passed. He still want's to stay maxed out because the program has stubility. He now has his original deposit back. 15 days later he now has made 50% profit but he still can keep making money. That give the program a month and a half to bring in new members, and new money unlike the (name)surf that just got cleaned out in 15 days.

Since people are starting realize the strength of the business model they are joining a lot faster than before, and with larger $ amounts. Also I am seeing more and more people that are fed up with loosing money in the old business model sites. Like I said before it only takes a few high rollers to kill the program the way they are using the old business model"
