It is suitable for everyone who uses, e-gold or bank transfer. Yes, investment is high but it is necesary only for getting a bonus. I started with the lowest investment and compounded it all the way to high principle and than invested higher amount and withdraw the bonus.

Mid-year Reflection / Major Steps Forward

In the past several weeks, Online Capital has
experienced some turbulent times dealing with some
major DDoS attacks along with pressures from the
government regarding anti-money-laundering, money
transmittance services and problems dealing with third
party payment processors

But throughout this time, we continue to provide
offshore investment opportunities with high dividends
and no mandatory tax reporting. In addition, thanks to
the help of many in management and the Prolexic staff,
we continue to prove our skills and knowledge necessary
for exceptional performance and understand the
importance of successful management and problem solving
ability

Back in Winter 2006 we defined the goals to be
accomplished in 2007 and today we are close to reaching
these goals. Competitors are beginning to realize that
we won`t step back and have declared war against OC. We
firmly believe our success is what drew the DDoS
attacks and I am sure they certainly will have even
more reason to panic after this update

As we enter a new stage in the life of our Online
Capital, we are dedicated to the continued adherence of
our company`s principles and the deliverance of the
best service in the industry. And to continue to
guarantee the future reliability of Online Capital and
consistent payments we now need take Online Capital to
the next level in its evolution

Although the management of Online Capital wanted to
move to the next level over the next year, we feels
that outside forces have caused us to move up our
timetable quicker than we would like. Be assured that
we are still confident in the long term that our
quickened plans will benefit our members who expect
Online Capital to be a `Blue Chip` in their investment
portfolio

For security of the program we decided not to make any
announcements regarding the changes in the operation
model during the previous performance period. Nor as
management dealt with all the issues thrown at Online
Capital, we did not have the time to implement any
changes

The key philosophy behind our changes is to put the
complete control of Online Capital into the hands of
the management and you our clients. We want to
eliminate any control that hackers may inflict with
DDoS attackers, and third party processors like e-gold
may have on the client`s ability to withdraw and
deposit their fund within Online Capital. Plus had new
ways to diversifying your investments with Online
Capital

To achieve this we are adding the following to Online
Capital:

Fixed Term Deposits were already introduced and I am
pleased to announce that our IT department has finished
the integration of this module

Debit Cards which are linked to member`s online
accounts is something that our members have been asking
for but we have not completed as of yet. We have been
preparing this special bonus for the past few months
and the debit card platform was ready to be installed
when the DDoS attacks started. Temporarily our IT
department had to turn their entire attention away from
setting up withdrawal though debit cards to deal with
the DDOS attacks and was unable to make it available to
our members

We are currently testing another small batch of debit
cards to make sure the service is excellent before we
begin to make this opportunity available to all of our
members. So far the result are just want we want and
soon our IT department will be able to implement the
program

The debit card will be branded Online Capital debit
cards run in house to assure excellent service. You
will be able to use these cards in ATM machines
worldwide to withdraw your money. You can all use them
to put money into your bank accounts plus use them to
purchase things just like a regular debit card

Credit Cards. Soon you will be able to make deposits
into Online Capital with your credit cards. Both the
credit cards and the debit cards can immediately
eliminated the need for e-gold and other third party
processing companies and give more control of when and
how to make withdrawals and deposits to you our clients

Going Private. We plan over the next few months to
slowly take Online Capital private. We believe this is
imperative especially in controlling DDoS attacks. Our
current DDoS mitigation company is a leader in DDoS
protection and we are comfortable with the recent
changes in our protection, which have made us more
secure but we believe private status of the program
will reduce the need for our competitors to DDoS us and
therefore the situation with attacks will resolve on
its own

Before we go private, we will create a advance offline
communication system that will allow management and our
clients to stay in constant contact with each other.
And Online Capital`s existing level of service will
only increase in its efficiency

And our final major move to have Online Capital become
a premiere investment company will be the creation of
our own Class A Offshore Bank. We have been in
discussions for some time with banking experts to help
us open our own bank

This will allow everyone of our clients who wants to,
to have their own offshore bank account with all the
benefits and investment opportunities that come
available with have a offshore bank account with a
Class A bank. We will also be able to issue everyone,
credit cards from this bank and tie in our existing
debit cards with this bank. Thus creating a complete
circle in bring 100% of the control of Online Capital
into the hands of management and our clients and no
longer being dependent on third party processors or
concern over DDoS attacks

At Online Capital we view our network of investors as a
close community with a common goal of financial success
by means of open communication and fair practices. Our
emphasis has always been on customer satisfaction and
customer service. As we have developed within the
industry and alongside our clients, we have been able
to bring tremendous financial gains to our community of
investors. It is important, however, that we continue
to use the services provided by the company in a way
that will preserve the company`s ability to sustain the
financial success of all our investors

At Online Capital, we have over 2,000 daily withdrawals
and a small staff that completes these transactions in
the order that they have been received. However,
payments are not immediate due to the volume of daily
requests. As a consequence, we receive duplicate
requests and forum posts for transfer investigation.
This process slows down the entire operation and
produces unnecessary costs, which inevitably reach our
investors. As always we are committed to providing
timely services to our clients. In order to provide
continued good customer service in the future we will
be forced to limit the maximum number of open tickets
to 3 per member

As we continue into the future it is important to
