Some info on CEPtrust.
There are 4 verification levels in CEPtrust.

Start with level " 0 " which is unverify member. Limit 500 dollars transaction per month.
Level 1 require you to sign a release form. After signing, scan and email back to them. The email address is on the release from.
Level 2 is some ID from your government. Just scan and email back to them. Use same address on the release form.
Level 3 is some bank info. I havent do this yet.
Level 4 is credit card info. Not yet implement yet.

Level 2 gives you 5000 dollars transaction per month and this is good for me at the moment.
Each level only take 1 day to get verify if used email. Postal will depend on when they received the documents.
To speed up the verification process, you could send in all the documents up to Level 3/4 and get verify all at once. Thus, giving you no limit of transaction on your account.
There is a very good toturial in the back office of your CEPtrust account on this.

What do the different levels of verification mean?
Each verification level progressively allows you to spend/withdraw more money from CEP each month. While unverified members can only spend/withdraw 500USD per month, for example, members verified at levels 3 and 4 have unrestricted withdrawal capabilities.
